After thorough research, we decided that Shopify was the best platform to launch the new eCommerce website. To meet World of Wool’s ambitious growth targets, we took Shopify’s core functionality one step further and built custom components - including additional product data, shipping information and VAT validation.
Customisation was a key factor in the original brief. So, we developed an easy-to-use bespoke webapp that allows users to customise their order. Using our technical expertise, we implemented a three step wizard which walks customers through the order process and enables them to build custom blends from the World of Wool inventory, at the click of a button.
