Front end web developer required

Location: Huddersfield - hybrid or fully remote

We are focused on creating great online experiences for a wide range of clients in an equally wide range of sectors, from local and regional to international.

We started as a digital agency but we’ve since expanded to work across the full mix of marketing from design and build, to content, social media activation, PR and print.

We’re an ambitious team of developers, creatives and content makers with a big focus on originality and exceeding our clients’ expectations. As part of our continued expansion we’re looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our web development team where we’ll be looking to you to create beautiful sites across a range of projects, of varying complexity.

We pride ourselves on our ability to write our own code and not just use plugins, so you’ll be confident working in a team where devising bespoke code is an integral part of what we do.

As well as building new websites and web apps, you’ll also be supporting live services so attention to detail is essential.

To make the impact we’re looking for, you ideally should have 2-3 years experience with skills in the following areas:

• PHP 7/8
• APIs
• Javascript
• Responsive HTML
• CSS / SCSS
• Web performance.

Extra skills within the following would be a bonus:

• Tailwind
• Shopify
• Node JS
• Vue.JS.

As part of our web development team you’ll be in a supportive environment focused on ensuring we deliver great solutions for our clients. So, apart from being a great self-starter you’ll be attuned to emerging developments and technologies and feel confident suggesting news ideas.
