Meet The Team Series - Part 7: Daniel
Here's the last part of our meet the team series. In this edition, we catch up with Daniel Reilly, our Junior Web Developer. Here’s what he had to say...
(Catch up on the rest of the series here)
First holiday memory:
I was only 3 years old, so I don’t really remember much! However, the one thing that sticks out is going on holiday to France with my grandparents. We travelled by ferry, which seemed absolutely huge to me at the time. When we arrived in France, we stayed in a spacious static caravan and I remember visiting a waterpark in the blazing sun.
What are your hobbies?
I’ve recently started learning how to play the guitar. Of course, I started with Wonderwall and a few other popular tracks. Hopefully, I can continue improving my guitar skills so I can take on some classics like Here Comes The Sun.
Much to the team’s delight, I also really enjoy baking and frequently supply the office with a range of sweet treats.
Autumn, Winter, Spring or Summer?
Spring. The grass is green, the days are getting longer and the temperature is perfectly balanced.
Grains, hops or grapes?
Apples. Nothing beats an ice-cold cider.
Starter, main or dessert?
Dessert. If contains sugar, how can it possibly taste bad?!
Job that you've done that is most different to your current role?
I briefly delivered phone books. All the walking was really good exercise. But the cold, rain and wind weren’t for me. Much preferred the warmth of my home!
Kebab. Not exactly the healthiest option, but a welcome occasional treat.
