June: Applied Digital Monthly Digest

We’re back with another update on what we’ve been working on this month, from new website launches to hyper-local social targeting.

New websites live : Official Sports Services / Multi Metals

This month we launched two websites that both look incredible. Obviously we’re biased, but both were built with specific audiences in mind:

  • Official Sports Services: OSS provide sports treatment to the world’s biggest sport teams. They have a huge & incredibly impressive client list, from the All Blacks, to the New York Giants, and their website was built to reflect their presence within the sports industry - resulting in a beautifully-designed website that reinforces the high quality services OSS provide. It has to be said, my personal highlight is seeing The Haka every time we visit OSS’s home page.
  • Multi Metalsprovide bespoke aluminium solutions to niche markets across the globe, and required a website that demonstrated their expertise in the creation of bespoke aluminium extrusions, whilst also providing them with a platform to educate visitors about their standard offerings. With a simple navigation, and intuitive user experience, we developed a website that answered Multi Metals’ brief and boosts company presence.


    Helping United Autosports gear up for their maiden 24 hours of Le Mans

  • In case you hadn’t noticed (if you haven’t - where have you been?!) we’ve partnered with Yorkshire-based United Autosports over the next two seasons, and this month they made their maiden appearance at Le Mans.

    Following their 2016 LMP3 championship win, United Autosports were invited to race in the legendary race, with the team gladly obliging.

    For such a historic event, we helped the team pull together press releases which were distributed to local press highlighting the success of the team over the last two years, in addition to the services they also offer which have been incorporated into their new, Applied-built, website

    Local Social Targeting

    Many of our clients focus on a local customer-base, and this month we’ve been helping boost awareness through social media in key geographic locations. By investigating into the most engaged trends, hashtags, and accounts, we’ve increased profile visits and impressions by over 200%.

    LinkedIn Advertising

    Finally, in stark contrast to our hyper-local social targeting, we’ve continued running a global LinkedIn InMail campaign for a client with a niche product. This product, in particular, is in high demand within tightly targeted locations across the globe, and due to the level of expenditure required to become a customer, using InMail was an obvious choice due to its ability to reach specific individuals’ inboxes in LinkedIn, which stand a chance of being cleaner than the standard email inbox!
